Chapman Kelly, Inc. was formed in 2001 by partners Mary Chapman and Tony Schy.  The firm is headquartered in Jeffersonville, Indiana and is a subchapter S corporation.  Chapman Kelly is a certified Woman-Owned and Operated Business through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Dependent Eligibility Audits represent our primary line of business; we’ve been conducting Dependent Audits since 2004. Chapman Kelly has conducted Dependent Eligibility Audits for companies of varying sizes (public sector and private) and across numerous industries.

Our Dependent Eligibility Audit clients include over 35 Fortune 500 companies, over 300 school districts, and numerous private and public employers.  During the last 6 months of 2009 Chapman Kelly processed over 2 million Dependent Verification documents.   We have conducted audits for clients with as few as 250 dependents to clients that have over 100,000 dependents with an average client dependent count around 12,000.  Chapman Kelly has the capacity to audit over 1 Million dependents at any given time.
